Today's communication services are becoming more personalized, sophisticated and globalized, and the operation and management of networks and services has become a critical issue to service providers and customers in a competitive environment. 1997 Asia-Pacific Network Operations and Management Symposium (APNOMS'97) will be an excellent forum for learning and sharing technologies and experiences on network operations and management.

You are cordially invited to submit an original paper for consideration to be presented at APNOMS'97. Areas of interest include, but are not limited to:

    • Instructions:
    Papers are to be submitted in English. The cover page should include paper title, brief abstract, list of key-words, author(s) full name(s), affiliation(s) and complete address(es), telephone number(s) and electronic mail address(es). Please state the name of the contact person. Paper submissions should consist of no more than 12 visuals with explanatory text accompanying each one. The format should have a visual in the upper half of a page and the explantory text in the lower half. Authors are requested to submit four (4) copies of the paper to either:
