Section D: General Remarks

  • The affiliation and address must be up-to-date. If there are any changes after registration, it must be informed to the symposium registration desk. The address you write on this form will be used for the Participant List.
  • Each participant must complete a separate registration form. Feel free to make copies of this form.
  • Pre-registration is effective only when the completely written registration form is returned to the APNOMSĄŻ97 Secretariat by September 25, 1997.
  • The applicants must pay all bank service charges using the payment of the registration fee.
  • Guest registration is limited to 1 person per 1 regular registration.
  • Regular registration fee for 'Tutorials Only' includes tutorial materials and one lunch only.
  • Regular registration fee for 'Technical Sessions Only' includes technical program proceedings, banquet and two lunches.
  • Regular registration fee for 'Tutorial & Technical Sessions' includes tutorial and technical program proceedings, banquet and three lunches.
  • Student registration fee includes the tutorial and technical program proceedings only.
  • All presenters at the symposium must register by September 25, 1997.

    Section E: Hotel Reservation

    The symposium participants must make hotel reservation directly with the hotel. Renaissance Seoul Hotel offers special discount rates for the participants of APNOMS`97. Participants must reserve by September 25, 1997 in order to ensure rooms and discounted rates.
